SLP‘s Thincell™ TC500 is an injection molded cube louver
that has the traditional half inch cell size but with a reduced thickness to provide the economy everyone is looking for. Standard material is white styrene. TC500 is
molded as a 2’ x 4‘ and is available in lesser nominal sizes.
The nominal .300” (7,6mm) thickness offers an important freight advantage when cube and container capacity is an issue. All full size parts include a half lap perimeter detail that facilitates continuous row applications with an unbroken appearance.
